About me

Having a lifelong love for sports and competition paired with my interests and curiosities of the mind, I felt compelled to gain an education in the field of sport and performance psychology. In the process of achieving a Master's of Arts in this field, I have learned the significant impact the mind has on performance.

As a Mental Skills Coach, it is my responsibility to help athletes achieve continued progress in their athletic performance through the use of applied techniques and exercises.

As an empathetic human being, it is my passion to help others achieve a positive mind frame in stressful situations and overcome the hurdles of despair.
